We do not collect precise location unless explicitly requested for a feature. We do not collect health data from HealthKit. If we add such integrations later, we will update this policy first.
How We Use Information
- To operate the app, generate workouts, save your progress, and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve features and stability.
- We do not use health or fitness data for advertising or marketing personalization.
Retention & Deletion
- We retain data while your account remains active and as required by law.
- You can request deletion at any time. Upon verification, we will delete your account data except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, security logs).
Sharing
- Service providers: we share data with vendors who help us run the app (e.g., hosting, analytics, crash reporting) under contracts that restrict use to our instructions.

Children’s Privacy
liftyours is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us to delete it.
